CAN-AMERICAN APEX FOOTBALL CAMPS

Can-American APEX Football Camps, a member of the Amateur Athletic Union will be taking place throughout Ontario in the summer of 2010. Our coaches include former CFL general managers, head coaches, US college coaches and CFL All-Stars.

The objective of the camp is to evaluate and measure the athletes strength, athletic ability, quickness, agility, balance, his football instincts and overall football character.

This instructional camp will provide instruction on each position through specific drills and technique through both a position and team period.

Each camp will consist of combine style testing and on-field instruction. After the registration period each participant will be put through traditional Combine measureables that are the true indicators of a athletes ability. They include 40 yard dash, 20 yard short shuttle, vertical jump, 225 pound bench press and the three cone drill.

Please note each player is responsible for bringing their helmet, shoulder pads, bagged lunch and water. A camp jersey will be provided. The camp will be video recorded and results posted on the website. The registration fee of $100.00 can be made by cash or certified check.
